Effective 29 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Athanyx, a single-player puzzle game for iOS. They are short because the game is simple: it is free to play, it works offline and it sells nothing.
By installing or playing Athanyx you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Athanyx for your own non-commercial entertainment.
Obsidian shards, embers, draughts and carved veins are earned only by playing. They cannot be bought, have no real-world value, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for anything outside the game. They live on your device and are lost if you scatter the ashes or delete the app.
Please do not reverse-engineer, modify, tamper with or redistribute the app, or use it in any way that breaks applicable law.
Athanyx, including its code, artwork, music, sounds and text, belongs to its developer. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
Athanyx is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. The developer is not liable for any loss arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
The game is suitable for a general audience, including children.
These terms may be updated from time to time; continuing to use Athanyx means accepting the current version. Athanyx is developed by Frank Sprague, and questions can be sent to mail@quillwheel.click. How the game treats information is described in the Privacy Policy.
